Architectural Technologist


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Karachi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and modifying building designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software and overseeing the technical aspects of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of building designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare specifications, cost estimates, and materials lists for construction projects
- Review construction plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with design specifications
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful execution of designs
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and building codes to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Karachi. Accommodation will be provided for out-of-city employees.
