Handyman
The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our company's properties in Akron. This position is suitable for men with experience in handyman work and is open to both Africans and Filipinos. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, with accommodation provided if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for all work areas.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in handyman work or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with tenants or property managers professionally.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position that may require some flexibility in working hours. The Handyman may be required to work evenings or weekends depending on maintenance requests. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
