Architecture Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with clients
- Oversee the design process and ensure adherence to project requirements
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in construction technology
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on international projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
