Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Faro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to our high standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of architecture projects from initial concept to final completion
- Develop project budgets and schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and designers to address any issues or changes that may arise during the project process
- Ensure that all projects meet building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on project management best practices
