Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for planning and organizing events? We are seeking a talented Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the actual event day.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
- Research and recommend venues, vendors, and services for the wedding
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure all services are delivered as promised
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Manage all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and meals for clients and guests
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of items such as flowers, decorations, and food
- Oversee the setup of the venue on the wedding day and coordinate with vendors for any last-minute changes
- Ensure that all aspects of the wedding run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when necessary
