Part-Time Concierge


We are hiring a Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Faro. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Keep track of room availability and assist with bookings when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part-time position.
