Architecture Manager


Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. This role requires a strong leader with a background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage a team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review project plans, blueprints, and other documents for accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: St. Petersburg
