Handyman
A skilled and reliable Handyman is needed for various tasks around Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repairs, as well as knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. This position is part-time, with a salary of $900 per month.
The Handyman will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks including but not limited to repairing and maintaining equipment, painting, fixing leaks and clogs, installing fixtures, and performing basic carpentry work. The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or appliances
- Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Fix plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs
- Install new fixtures or equipment
- Repair or replace damaged items
- Perform basic carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Keep track of supplies and materials needed for repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills

- Biometric passport (for faster entry into buildings)
