We are hiring an Entry-Level Equipment Operator to join our team in Faro! As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience in this field to gain valuable skills and hands-on training.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit to perform job duties
- Valid driver's license preferred
