Personal Trainer



We are seeking a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for our clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients reach their fitness goals through proper exercise techniques, nutrition advice, and motivation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with new clients to assess their fitness levels, health history, and goals
- Design personalized fitness programs for clients based on their specific needs and goals
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness program
- Provide nutritional guidance and advice to support clients' overall wellness
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement
- Communicate with clients regularly to track progress, answer questions, and provide support
- Keep accurate records of client sessions, progress, and any changes made to their fitness program

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
- Certification from a recognized organization such as NASM or ACE
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to create personalized fitness plans that are safe, effective, and challenging
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be fluent in Arabic
- Must be willing to provide accommodation for students

Salary: 1100$ per month
