Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural design projects from concept development to construction completion
- Develop project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design concepts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction materials, and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time within budget constraints
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. This job is open to Indian nationals who are willing to relocate to Izhevsk.
