Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and landmarks in the city of Beer-Sheva. This includes conducting thorough research, creating detailed plans, and overseeing the construction process to ensure the preservation of these important cultural assets.
Your main duties will include conducting on-site assessments of historical structures, identifying potential risks or damages, and proposing solutions for their preservation. You will also work closely with other professionals such as historians and engineers to gather information and develop preservation plans.
In addition to technical skills, you should also possess strong project management skills to effectively oversee restoration projects within budget and on schedule. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders including government officials, community members, and contractors.
To excel in this role, you must have a degree in Architecture or a related field, with a specialization in historic preservation. Previous experience in preservation projects is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who share our passion for preserving cultural heritage.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare to foreign candidates who require relocation to Beer-Sheva.
