Facade Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Funchal. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours. The successful candidate must have prior experience in facade work and be able to work independently. Accommodation will be provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair building facades according to project specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems with building facades
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in facade work is required
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical condition and ability to work at heights if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Funchal but may require travel to different job sites within the city.
