Master Barber

The Master Barber will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients in our luxury barber shop located in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a barber and must possess strong technical skills in clipper and scissor cutting, beard and mustache grooming, and men's hairstyling.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and desired style
- Perform various hair cutting, styling, and grooming services using scissors, clippers, razors, and other tools
- Keep work station clean and organized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
- Suggest products to clients to enhance their grooming routine
- Upsell additional services as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barber
- Proficient in clipper and scissor cutting techniques
- Ability to perform various beard and mustache styles
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work full time with flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
