Job Title: Indian Collector in Dubrovnik, Croatia

As an Indian Collector in Dubrovnik, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers. You will work with a team of collectors to ensure timely and effective collection efforts. This is a contract job with no accommodation provided, but our company will provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Your main duties will include contacting customers via phone and email to collect payments, negotiating payment plans with customers, and updating account information. You must have strong communication skills and be able to handle difficult customer interactions in a professional manner. The ability to speak Hindi or another Indian language is preferred but not required.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in debt collection and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations. A strong understanding of financial statements and credit risk assessment is also necessary. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.

This position requires someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. You must also have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve collection targets.
