Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking friendly and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Al-Kuwait. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. This position is open to individuals of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take food and drink orders, and serve meals
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Provide suggestions and recommendations from the menu
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have a valid visa for working in Al-Kuwait
