We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time job open to Indian nationals with own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and monitor expenses
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client information and transactions
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office needs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality with own visa preferred
Salary: 1500$ per month
