Construction Project Manager

The construction project manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Ajman. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and upper management
- Supervise on-site construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
