We are hiring a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Mauren, Nepal. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing various structures made of concrete, such as buildings, roads, and bridges. Your main duties will include mixing and pouring concrete, setting forms and smoothing surfaces, and adhering to safety regulations. The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience working with concrete and possess physical strength and stamina. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Set up forms to hold concrete in place
- Smooth out surfaces using tools such as trowels or screeds
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring to create decorative effects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect the curing process of the concrete
- Repair or replace damaged concrete structures
- Follow blueprints or construction plans to ensure accuracy of work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working with concrete in a construction setting
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is an asset
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixtures and their purposes is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
