Gardener



A reputable landscaping company is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in the beautiful city of Us. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, and weeding to ensure the health and appearance of plants, flowers, and trees
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
- Plant new trees, flowers, shrubs, and other greenery according to clients' preferences and garden plans
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, fertilizing, and reseeding as needed
- Install irrigation systems and maintain them regularly
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Keep track of inventory levels for gardening tools and supplies
- Train and supervise junior gardening staff as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, and gardening tools
- Ability to identify common plant diseases and pests and treat them accordingly
- Good physical stamina for performing manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients effectively
- Attention to detail for maintaining the overall aesthetic of gardens
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits in Us

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping from a reputable institution
-Specific knowledge or experience with native plants in Us
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
