Job Title: Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays to attract and engage customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies. This is a full-time position, located in Muharraq, with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze market trends and customer preferences
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase products and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Ensure products are stocked, priced correctly, and have accurate information displayed
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and product knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and consumer behavior

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid working visa for Bahrain (visa sponsorship available)
