Facade Technician



The Facade Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of building exteriors, including facades, windows, and doors. This role will require a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail in order to ensure the safety and functionality of these structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and sealing to preserve the integrity of the facade
- Repair or replace damaged or deteriorating facade components such as panels, frames, and sealants
- Install new facades or make modifications as needed for renovations or upgrades
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction and renovation projects to ensure proper installation of facades
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on building facades for reference and future maintenance purposes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in facade maintenance or construction
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to facade work
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics for proper installation and repair procedures
- Basic carpentry skills for framing, cutting, and installing facade components
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights using scaffolding or other equipment as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
