Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to develop project plans and designs
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
