Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant in Nizwa, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office team. Your duties will include answering phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, preparing documents and reports, and assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings. Additionally, you will be required to communicate with clients and vendors, handle office supply inventory, and perform general office tasks such as photocopying and faxing. The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Fluency in English is a must, as well as strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1200 per month.
