Handyman

Remish-based construction company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Fix or replace appliances, doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting and cleaning
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of various hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors
