Job Title: Fitter - Maintenance and Repair Specialist


As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of mechanical equipment in our company's facilities in Jerusalem. This position requires a skilled and experienced Fitter who can work independently and efficiently to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues as they arise
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
- Install new equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
- Collaborate with other team members to implement improvement projects for existing equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working with machinery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in maintenance and repair work
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in Arabic or Hebrew (English is not required but would be a plus)
- Relevant certification or vocational training is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. The exact salary will depend on your qualifications, skills, and experience.
