As an Entry Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in the retail setting. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in the merchandising industry and has a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Stocking shelves and displays with products according to company guidelines
- Setting up promotional displays and ensuring they are visually appealing
- Building relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and product knowledge
- Conducting inventory checks and reporting any discrepancies to management
- Ensuring all products are priced accurately and have proper signage
- Assisting with product returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the merchandising field
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
