We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team in Svalbard. As a part-time Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling formwork for concrete structures. You will work closely with our construction team to ensure that all formwork is built according to specifications and within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Construct formwork using various materials such as wood, metal, and plastic
- Assemble formwork components using hand tools and power tools
- Install scaffolding and shoring systems to support formwork
- Pour, level, and finish concrete in accordance with project specifications
- Dismantle formwork after concrete has cured and clean up work area
- Inspect formwork for defects or damages and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and techniques
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in formwork construction
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid work visa for Svalbard (preferred)
