Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop architectural plans, designs, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Oversee the production of construction documents
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Review project budgets and schedules regularly
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout project lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Washington (Preference for Indian candidates)

Employment Type: Contract (without accommodation)
