Part-Time Facade Worker

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Facade Worker to join our team in Monte-Carlo. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1600$, with the potential for growth within our company.

Main responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing facades to identify and repair any damage or issues
- Use various tools and equipment to safely remove and replace damaged facade components
- Support full-time workers in completing tasks efficiently and effectively
- Communicate any concerns or problems to supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but some knowledge of facade work is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Familiarity with basic tools such as drills, hammers, and saws
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid visa for working in Monte-Carlo (accommodation provided if needed)
