Facade Maintenance Assistant



As a Facade Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of building facades in Monte-Carlo. This part-time position requires no prior experience and does not include accommodation. However, applicants must possess a biometric passport and be willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining building facades
- Perform basic repairs on damaged areas of the facade
- Inspect and report any structural or safety issues
- Operate equipment and tools necessary for facade maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Biometric passport is mandatory
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Flexible schedule including weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
