Facade Technician
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco



We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month and visa sponsorship opportunities for non-native candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or damages on building facades
- Perform repairs and maintenance work on facades including cleaning, painting, and sealing
- Install new facades according to specifications and blueprints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials used in facade installation and maintenance
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for performing manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or other languages are a plus)
- Valid work visa for Monaco (visa sponsorship available for non-native candidates)
