We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes to move materials and perform various construction tasks. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and plans to determine work requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel
- Move materials and debris using heavy machinery as directed by the supervisor
- Operate heavy equipment in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong understanding of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating bulldozers, excavators, cranes, or other heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting equipment issues.
