Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Boston. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Maintain and update company databases and files
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to office operations
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with onboarding new employees and providing administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience as an office manager or in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport preferred for easy international travel
Salary:
$900 per month
