Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant located in the heart of Sofia and we are seeking a professional, friendly and efficient waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned promptly
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Upsell additional menu items or specials
- Process payments accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
