Architecture Manager



We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our architectural projects in Las Vegas. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality control throughout the design process. You must have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. Previous experience in architecture is preferred but not required. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers to complete architectural projects
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure quality control throughout the design process
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in architecture
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review plans, drawings, and other documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and designers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
