A well-established restaurant in the bustling city of Kaunas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who can lead our team to success in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing new strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as developing relationships with suppliers and vendors.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume establishment. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor your team. A strong understanding of financial management and budgeting is also essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but proficiency in English is required. This position also offers free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket for foreign candidates.
