We are seeking a skilled and experienced Puncher to join our team in Malindi. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes and shaping metal parts according to specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machine to punch holes in metal sheets according to blueprints or templates
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and rulers to ensure accurate hole placement
- Adjust punch press settings as needed for different materials and hole sizes
- Remove finished parts from machine and inspect for quality
- Make minor repairs or adjustments to machine when needed
- Follow all safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Puncher or in a similar role in the metal fabrication industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Good knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the day
