A well-established company in Shan is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing broken appliances
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify any issues or repairs that need to be addressed
- Install fixtures and fittings such as shelves, cabinets, and door handles
- Repair or replace damaged drywall, flooring, or other surfaces
- Assist with general cleaning and organizing of properties
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks and materials used
- Communicate with property owners or tenants to understand their maintenance needs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Biometric passport preferred for ease of travel between properties
