Office Assistant
Our company is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ashdod. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, perfect for Filipinos looking for work opportunities in the area.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them as necessary.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments.
- Creating and maintaining filing systems.
- Data entry and updating records.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Performing other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an office setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
