Facade Technician


A reputable construction company in Siauliai is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining exterior building facades. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical strength and stamina, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, and wood
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation of facades to prevent leaks and drafts
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing facades to identify any issues or damages
- Perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety measures while working at heights or using potentially hazardous tools

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician in the construction industry
- Familiarity with blueprints, building codes, and safety regulations related to facade installation
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Canadian or foreign national with a valid visa for employment in Siauliai

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for growth within our company.
