Part-time Construction Manager
Location: Bergen, Norway


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bergen on a part-time basis. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality workmanship. You must have previous experience in the construction industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship
- Review and approve project invoices
- Provide regular updates on project status to upper management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Proficient in project management software

Compensation:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of $1600 per month.
