Senior Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Os, providing architectural services for our projects. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various buildings and structures, ensuring that they meet client specifications and comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from conceptualization to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide solutions for renovation or expansion projects
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Supervise and mentor junior architects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review contractor bids and select the best option based on quality, cost, and timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proven track record of successful project completion
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1300$ (without accommodation)
