Job Title: Head Baker


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to lead our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and extensive knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes. They will be responsible for overseeing the production of all bakery items, managing inventory and orders, and ensuring quality control. The Head Baker must also have strong leadership skills to motivate and train their team of bakers. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of all bakery items such as breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards.
- Train new bakers on recipes, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Schedule shifts for the bakery staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Develop new recipes and menu items.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints related to baked goods.
- Adhere to food safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker in a professional kitchen.
- Proven experience in creating a variety of baked goods from scratch.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques such as sourdough, laminated doughs, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods.
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations.
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are preferred but not required).
