Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Kaunas. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards for food quality and cleanliness. This is an ideal position for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Create work schedules and manage payroll to ensure proper staffing levels
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets to maximize profits
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make adjustments as needed
- Plan and organize special events or promotions to attract customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial position in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high standards for cleanliness
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have legal authorization to work in Kaunas without sponsorship

Salary: The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
