Barista


As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service while creating quality and delicious drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure all drinks are made with high quality ingredients and consistent taste
- Keep work area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and specialty drinks offered
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of various coffee beans, brewing methods, and specialty drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer complaints or requests in a professional manner

Salary: $1400 per month

City: Malindi (Visa sponsorship available)
