Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position, suitable for English-speaking individuals with experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining filing systems and documents
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
