Florist Supervisor

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Florist Supervisor to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills. As the Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the flower shop, from managing inventory and ordering supplies to creating arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the flower shop, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and train a team of florists, ensuring they provide high-quality work and exceptional customer service
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, etc.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all flowers are fresh and properly cared for
- Provide guidance to customers on selecting the right flowers for their needs and budget
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to promote the flower shop's services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques into the shop's offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team
- Passionate about flowers with a keen eye for design
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if needed

Salary: $1500 per month with free visa and ticket provided. This position is open to women who have a passion for floral design. While nationality is not a requirement, preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Karachi or willing to relocate.
