Office Assistant
We are in search of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- File and organize important documents both physically and electronically
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by managers or supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of professionalism
Salary: 1500$ per month
This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday. The working hours are from 9am to 5pm. We offer competitive salary packages and opportunities for growth within the company.
Please note that this position does not come with accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Khanpur.
