Restaurant Manager


We are currently hiring a Restaurant Manager for our establishment in Al Buraymi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient and profitable business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new employees on company standards, service techniques, and menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Analyze financial statements to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to increase profitability
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of increasing profitability through effective management practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This is a seasonal job that is open to foreigners who do not require English proficiency. We welcome candidates without experience but with a 12 pass qualification.
